United StatesJust what I needed. Using as a replacement of an old, too small indoor sauna tent. Planning on making my own tent and found your company. Popped it open, attached foil insolation inside works perfectly. Also, it looks much better then the old one. Will be buying another one to use for it's intended purpose. Thanks for a great product.

United StatesThe customer service is absolutely wonderful! You honestly won’t find many companies that can compete with their customers service. I bought the xl pod and the black out privacy pod. Both are very well made. You will want to practice taking it up and down a few times. After that, it is really pretty easy. It’s compact which makes it easy to take to games, beach, playground etc. People should be aware that the blackout pod is not completely blackout. I put ours in the sun, shade and in our house and had my daughter go in. I could completely see her. I had her do different things like hold up a finger, sit down etc. I could see her fine. It was like tinted windows in a car. You could not really use this to change in or go to the bathroom without everyone seeing you. Therefore, I think it’s a good sun blocker but not really a privacy pod. For that pod I would give 3.0stars because it is well built but didn’t really do what I was hoping. For the xl pod I would give 5 stars. Well built, easy up and down(if you practice) customer service I would give 5 stars.
I am a mom of a newborn and I have an older daughter who plays competitive softball. When I found out about the privacy pod i was very excited. This allowed me to be at the field and nurse my newborn. Without this pod I would not be able to attend my daughter’s tournaments. I contacted weather pod customer service to confirm my purchase and inquire about if I should purchase a roof the very nice lady advised me that I could purchase it later on it was not a required piece. I truly appreciate how friendly she was on helping me.
