Orders ship Monday through Friday. Ground shipments dispatch in 3-5 business days. Expedited orders placed after 1 p.m. (ET) ship the next business day. Inclement weather and holidays may cause shipping delays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and subject to carrier availability. Orders with custom lettering may require up to 3 business days for processing.
Transit time depends on your location. We ship from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Most shipments arrive within 2-7 business days.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
Shipping deadlines to get delivery in time for Christmas 2025:
• GROUND: Monday, December 15th
• 2-DAY: Monday, December 22nd
• OVERNIGHT: Tuesday, December 23rd
Our warehouse is closed the following U.S. holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Jan. 1)
- Memorial Day (last Monday in May)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (first Monday in September)
- Thanksgiving (fourth Thursday in November)
- Christmas Eve (Dec. 24)
- Christmas (Dec. 25)
Holidays that fall on a Saturday will be recognized on the Friday prior, holidays that fall on Sunday will be recognized on the following Monday. We will resume processing and shipping orders the following business day after a holiday.
Custom Orders
For orders with custom lettering, allow up to 3 additional business days for processing.
Oversized Items: Some of our products are labeled as “OVERSIZED” which makes shipping very expensive. Our 6-panel Dome tents are considered “oversized” and DO NOT qualify for our current 30-day return or exchange policy. Oversized products must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery and any damage or defects reported to Under the Weather within the 72-hour window.
All returns require a return authorization.

WeatherPod® Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, products (including ground stakes) must be in the same condition as when they were received, in the original carrying bag, and include your order number or proof of purchase.
Exclusions:
- Customized items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Oversized items (e.g., dome tents) require special handling:
- Must be inspected within 72 hours of delivery and any damage or defects reported within that window.
- Must be returned in the original shipping box with shipping bands.
- Return shipping costs for oversized items can be high, so please be mindful of this before returning.
Additional Details:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund or exchange notification within 5-7 business days. Delivery time for exchanged products varies by location.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
