Due to severe winter weather there may be delays in UPS shipping.

What’s Covered:
Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects within 90 days of purchase.
Examples include issues with zippers, stitching, or seams.

What is NOT Covered:
The warranty does NOT cover issues related to:

  • Wire damage from improper folding (Link here to folding video or QR code)

  • Damage from use on hard surfaces (pavement, gravel, etc.)

  • Improper storage or maintenance

  • Tobacco-related damage or odors

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Damage from heaters or open flames

Note: Our warranty does NOT cover Pods purchased from unauthorized resellers. If you purchased your WeatherPod (by Under the Weather) product/s at any of our authorized retailers, you can always call us with questions or concerns at 513-871-0400. However, returns or exchanges for products purchased from authorized retailers , including Ace Hardware, Amazon, Academy Sports, Dick’s Sporting Goods, TJ Maxx, Scheels, and QVC must be handled directly with the retailer. Beware of infringing products sold by unauthorized sellers or distributors. Pods purchased from unauthorized resellers or distributors will not be covered under WeatherPod’s warranty (NOTE: On Amazon, always look under the product’s header. If it does not say Visit the Under the Weather Store, it is NOT an authorized seller nor is it on of our patented products.)
