Orders ship Monday through Friday. Ground shipments dispatch in 3-5 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2 p.m. (ET) ship the next business day. Inclement weather and holidays may cause shipping delays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and subject to carrier availability. For custom orders, allow three additional business days for processing.

Oversized Items: Some of our products are labeled as “OVERSIZED” which makes shipping very expensive. Our 6-panel Dome tents are considered “oversized” and DO NOT qualify for our current 30-day return or exchange policy.
