Alright, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty:
Don’t Leave the Kiddos or Furballs Unattended in the Pod!
As much as we love a good chill session, don’t leave kids or pets unattended inside your Pod.
No Fireworks, Please:
Matches, candles, heaters, open flames... seriously, none of these belong in or near your Pod.
Smoking? Not in My Pod:
Smoking near your Pod? Big nope. Fire risk and fabric don't mix!
Handle with Care, Please!
Proper care of your Pod’s memory wires is essential. Ensure the wires are straight before folding your Pod. WeatherPod® pop-up Pods that incur wire damage due to improper handling or folding are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Wind + Pods = Drama:
If you’re leaving your Pod in windy conditions, even if staked down, make sure it’s weighted. No one wants a surprise lift-off.
Rough Surfaces Are a No-No:
Don’t drag your Pod across rough surfaces like cement or gravel? You’ll be left with a sad, damaged floor.
Use your Pod responsibly and keep the good vibes going strong!
When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Ground shipments dispatch in 3-5 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2 p.m. (ET) ship the next business day. Inclement weather and holidays may cause shipping delays. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and subject to carrier availability. For custom orders, allow three additional business days for processing.
Is there any kind of guarantee?
Good news! If you bought your WeatherPod® directly from us, it’s covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturer defects. We’ve got your back! Just remember, this doesn’t cover damage caused by things like folding it wrong, storing it improperly, or general misuse (because, let’s face it, kids and pets can be rough on stuff!).
