Chief Executive Officer
Kelly is the dynamic CEO of WeatherPod, bringing decades of leadership experience to the company. Her expertise spans business strategy, innovation, marketing, and operational excellence. Passionate about driving sustainable growth, Kelly is dedicated to positioning WeatherPod as a leading force in the outdoor recreation and sporting goods sectors. As an advocate for empowering teams and fostering a culture of innovation, she leads by example, ensuring the company continues to evolve in an ever-changing market. Kelly is married to WeatherPod's co-founder, Rick Pescovitz, and is the proud mother of three grown children. In her spare time, she loves to cook, travel, and pretty much anything and everything outdoors- from hiking, kayaking and boating to tennis, pickleball and golf.
Dan Dudley
Chief Financial Officer
Dan brings over two decades of experience in financial leadership to WeatherPod. As CFO, he oversees the company’s financial strategy and operations, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. With a background in both corporate finance and technology, Daniel plays a critical role in driving business decisions that align with the company’s innovative vision. His expertise spans financial planning, risk management, and strategic partnerships, making him a key figure in WeatherPod’s success.
Mike Mangicaro
Warehouse Operations Manager & Community Outreach Coordinator
With 18 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, Mike thrives in a creative, collaborative environment. Outside of work, Mike enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his rescue puppy. He is also actively involved in the community, serving as Vice President on the Emerging Leaders Board and volunteering with local organizations.
Ed Harris
Warehouse Associate
Ed is an essential member of the warehouse and logistics department. Always willing to lend a hand, he brings a helpful and positive attitude to the WeatherPod team. Outside of work Ed enjoys watching the Bengals and Reds and helping coach his son's football team.
Laura Broermann
Art Director
Laura oversees all things creative in the marketing department. She is a proud Art Academy of Cincinnati alum and brings over 15 years of experience in art, design and photography. She lives in the Madville (Madisonville) – which is only a few minutes from the office – with her husband, two kids, and two cats. In her free time she likes to do mixed media collage art, meditate, and read. She is a member of Toastmasters and the Rotary Club of Cincinnati, and is currently learning Reiki.
Joe Molski
Marketing Generalist
Joe is a versatile marketing professional at WeatherPod, where he applies a broad range of skills to drive successful marketing strategies and campaigns. With a background that spans content creation, digital marketing, and data analysis, Joe is passionate about creating impactful marketing initiatives that engage audiences and boost brand visibility. His ability to adapt and excel in diverse marketing roles makes him a valuable asset to the WeatherPod team.
Scott Hall
Corporate Sales Executive
Scott brings over 30 years of sales experience and a talent for connecting with people. He enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and rooting for the Cincinnati Bearcats. A proud Rotary Club member for 20 years, Scott is passionate about community service and believes in tackling life’s challenges head-on, inspired by his personal journey as a cancer survivor.
Stacey Norton
Customer Service / Fulfillment Specialist
As the very first employee of WeatherPod, Stacey has been a cornerstone of the company's growth. Drawing from her experience as a stay-at-home mom, where she raised three amazing children, Stacey brings warmth and empathy to her role in leading the Customer Service department. Outside of work, she loves reading, taking walks, and spending time with her family. Stacey lives by her motto, "always be kind to everyone," and finds daily inspiration from her husband.
